Real Estate Pool Inspections
We specialize in pre-purchase pool inspections for real estate transactions. If you’re buying a home, let us help you avoid expensive surprises. Our expert evaluation can confirm the pool is in great shape—or warn you before it’s too late.
Most pools and pool/spa combinations cost $150. The fee will increase if the pool is outside normal travelling range or if there are multiple bodies of water.
Need Leak Detection?
We offer professional leak detection services as a separate visit. While your standard inspection includes visible above-ground leak checks, underground leaks require specialized tools and testing.
Leak detection is performed by trained specialists and carries an additional fee. Contact us for details.
