How much does a pool inspection cost?
Most pool and spa combos cost $150, with fees increasing if outside normal range or for multiple water bodies.
Do you offer leak detection?
Yes, leak detection is a separate service with underground diagnostic testing; a formal leak detection has an additional fee.
How long does a pool inspection take?
Most inspections take about an hour, depending on the size and complexity fo the pool and/or spa. The time spend poolside can vary.
Do I need to be present to during the inspection?
No, we will just need access to the pool and equipment areas, including the breaker panel.
How soon will we get the report?
The report is sent the same day the pool is inspected.
Do you inspect above ground pools and spas?
Yes. We inspect all bodies of water – fountains, too!
What if you find a issue?
We’ll explain the issue, it’s severity, and suggest next steps.
Do we need to prepare the pool for the inspection?
No preparation is necessary, but we will need access to the breaker panel.
